Prices for monthly premium web services are subject to change anytime. Any agreement to a price or services paid for in advance will always be honored with the originally agreed price.

Payments:
Payments can be made using debit/credit card, cash app or paypal. Payments can be paid via blountmedia.net user portal anytime. Monthly billing dates for premium web services do not change unless a payment is received more than 14 days late. Payment transactions may take 24 hours to reflect inside your blountmedia.net account.

Donations:
Donations are not refundable unless the purchase was made by accident or the project no longer exists. blountmedia.net reserves the right to decline any refund request that violates our TOS / EULA.

Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with blountmedia.net web services or cloud services you may request a refund via the support page within 14 days of payment. This does not include software, music or donations. End User Service Termination:
User services such as but not limited to hosting services may be discontinued due to non-payment, contract breach, and or breaking of these terms/agreements.

User Requested Account Deletion:
When a user request to delete their account this action is permanent and can not be reversed. All account settings/data will be deleted and will be unable to be recovered. Users must contact support to start account termination process.

Account Inactivity Policy:
blountmedia.net accounts including but not limited to developer accounts left inactive for extended periods of time (2 years or longer) are subject to be deleted or archived. Accounts removed due to inactivity cannot not be restored or recovered and will be inaccessible. Notice via email and account dashboard will always be sent before termination. When a account is terminated due to inactivity all settings/data will be permanently deleted. Under certain approved request users can ask that thier account stay active indefinitely.

Server Downtime:
